Trailing Thoughts

I hate recovering from a hard drive crash… My computer crashed the day after I came back from new york and I knew that it was the hard drive….that clicking sound in the morning gave it away… and unfortunately ( yes I was stupid) I put off backing up my materials and left to re do everything… which is even more fustrating, because God love him, since meeting Madhujit my above average computer knowledge took a nose dive, and though Madhujit did the majority of the work, I was left with reinstalling things – which sometimes created an unstable and fustrating environment to work with.
So I am 65% recovered at this point… the next line of duty is to work on programs on my pda… for I would have to update regularly ( especially my pharmacy software)
I must say… and Madhujit would back me up… but Western Digital hard drives have been losing their reliability…. they crash with an alarming frequency… It has been less then 2 years since my new one crashed – this time I went with Maxtor… I hope they prove better
