Not much is going on. Madhujit came over last night and we watched the dogs play. I almost had Daisy for a month now… she is set to get her next set of puppy shots on thursday. I am no longer going to use Reynold Rd. Animal Hospital, because Daisy has continued to see Total PetCare… I am not sure if I am going to be happy with the change in vets, but I am going to give them a try. The bad thing is that my busia will not know where to take Daisy if necessary, so I will have to show her some day.
I came across a really awesome site for pharmacists, it is http://www.globalrph.com/ . I would recommend it — I needed to use it for a pharmacokinetics problem I came across this morning.
These computers give me a headache at Flower… The monitor is horrible and fuzzy and even if I play with the settings, nothing will sharpen the picture… it is just a old monitor that already lost it’s last leg and is waiting to be put out of it’s misery. The computer’s fan is also so load, it makes it difficult to sit in front of these computers. I thank God that my computer is decent and I have a lovely flat panel monitor..lolol…
I was making copies earlier this morning and was reading the message board while I was waiting, and came across a saying that mentioned different perspectives — a bucket of water is an ocean for an ant, a cool drink for elephant, etc… I really can’t remember it word for word, but it is true that situations change based on how we look at it… this makes me think that our medical practice in the us is doing something right, because we bring in specialists that can look at a situation from their own perspectives.
