remembering

Filed under: General — Lady Dobry @ 3:55 pm

There are people that are telling me to wait to get another dog and that I am just odd… I had to put my baby to sleep on Sunday. Molly was a 5 year old cocker spaniel. She was just the most adorable dog. She had a common genetic disease in cockers, called autoimmune hemolytic anemia… my previous sweetie, Brandy, also died from the same disease, at the age of 3. Since Sunday I have been so depressed… my molly was an awesome dog. I remember when we lost my dad, Molly climbed on my lap and just started to try to make me feel better. There are so many of those incidents where Molly tried to make me feel better… and it worked… She was my baby and she new it… she would follow me around everywhere if I was at home and keep me company when I did homework…She might have been dumb but she loved everyone unconditionally. It has been hard for me these past couple of days… I would wake up and there is no Molly waiting for me on the side of my bed, nor their is no one that is there for me, trying to cheer me up whenever I need it. Molly was a part of my family and I know that dogs have shorter lifespans, but all my dogs are taken so early. It should not be so sudden and quick…I have had a hard time concentrating — I am not looking to replace Molly, she will always be my special dog, but I am looking for a dog to give me that unconditionalism, which was very important in my daily life… we offered Molly a great home and love, while she gave us the gift of herself… unless you have a dog as part of the family these sediments might be hard to understand, but the dog becomes part of your family…

HUMAN Resource Paper
I will be gone tonight, I have tickets to a concert tonight… but first thing tomorrow I will work on it.
Thanks

 :arrow:UPDATE: Here is the almost completed paper. (click the link above)

I need recommendations… I will come up with something tomorrow, but I do not have time today.

Everything else is complete except that I need to do the table of contents, which I will do once I finish everything… also I forgot what group number we are.

The Boston Pops Holiday concert was an excellent experience. We first had dinner, thanks to Fidelity Investments. It took place at the golf shop across from the arena. They had really good food… The concert was a short walk away and had a baritone spotlighted. Madhujit did not care for him at first, but then grew to like it. I was up and shopping at 6 am this morning… and got back around 9 and I have been doing homework since. I am attending the O-I Christmas party with my mom tonight. It should be a fun experience… that is, if I am not worrying about homework!

Anyways, for my marketing team, here is the power point and the paper… read it… I did make some minor changes…

well… I took a long time writing that last post that I should have changed my Title… oh well here is the new one..

here is a quote I like:
The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.

The evening of the Day of Blessed Rafal Chylinski , a tuesday

Well I am trying to be creative with my titles.. I do not know if the Catholic Saint of the day is a good header…lolol… it will change though… it is very fitting that he is a Polish Saint… just for your information, you can get the info from:

I received and interesting package today in the mail, from one of my best friends from highschool. It is a notebook which we wrote to each other back and forth. I read it and re-lived those high school days. I was such a strange child…
here are some of my classic stories:
—Once, in a faraway land was an evil wizard. He was extremely powerful. Next door lived this girl, Junior. She was extremely cocky. Her stubborn will wanted to turn the evil wizard good. So she went next door and bugged him. He then became a lay missionary — The end.
—Once upon a time, there was a princess called Xlina from X. One day she was walking through the forrest and came upon a monkey. She screamed and ran away and the monkey followed. She ran into the castle with the monkey following. The monkey kissed the princess and turned into a peanut vendor. They got married and had 4 kids, Xgold, Xzym, Xien, and Xenenen and lived happily ever after. The End
— Once upon a time, there was a girl. The end ( what a classic  )
(here is one in spanish… I have no idea what it means anymore) Me gustaria saber donde esta el puesto de revistas. Terminar
Here is the last one that I will share: Once, in this far off village, there was this boy ( he was the town bastard because his parents were killed 2 years before). He was just called boy, because before his parents’ death, no one noticed him before & they had no idea what his name was. He hated the condenscending attitudes of the villagers, so one day he wandered off in the woods. A man-eating bear found him & had him for supper. The end.

These stories now scare me… but I guess we are all strange and had odd things in our histories. Felicity and I meet in highschool since freshman year… we don’t get to see each other a lot any more, but we are still friends. I am proud of her, she is going to UT to get her masters. We had some interesting times together. We are creatures that follow habits… if we eat, it is the Spaghetti Warehouse, and if we go elsewhere it is Cosi. We did recently see each other after she sent an email to me, but we don’t see each other nearly enough.

I have been sick this past weekend. The sucky part of working in a pharmacy is that I get people to share there germs with me and I get sick — hence, the past weekend’s stomach flu. I have so much work to do, but everything is nearly complete and that makes me happy. I will have my mba done after 2.5 weeks.
I should write about my day after thanksgiving shopping adventure. I was not crazy enough to wait in best buy’s lines this year. There was really nothing i needed plus the news had people waiting before 10 the night before. Katie went with me, and when I finally disposed of her ( her dad picked her up Friday night) I was very happy. She was driving me nuts, because I had her since wednesday morning. By the way, I do not recommend putting brandy in a pumpkin pie… I found a recipe that suggested it and wow was it horrible, but I digress… We just hit 3 stores, but we had a blast.

I am going to attempt to write a Jennifer-like high school story:
Once, on the plant of Uggh, there was a man named Sissy. Sissy was a small man, but very strong. Unfortunately Sissy did not have many “smarts” to him. He thought he was strong enough to stop the space ship coming from Earth and was smashed. The end….

LOLOL– wow I still have it… Felicity I hope you have a chance to visit my site and leave some comments….
I shall end off with my traditional saying when I end a letter : LIVE, LOVE, & LAUGH……

( actually I will tell where that came from… My great aunt gave me a necklace of her departed daughter around 15 years ago and it was a charm that said Live, love and laugh…. and I have been using it ever since)
